Study of calcium-silicate composite lightened by waste expanded perlite

چکیده
The term calcium-silicate composite can be recalled several basic building materials. most common representatives are lime-silicate bricks and autoclaved aerated concrete. It is any material based on the reaction of lime siliceous raw material. In this paper, attention paid to composites concrete production technology. Possibilities lightening utilizing waste expanded perlite as a secondary were investigated without use aluminium powder, which commonly used in Replacements 10%, 30%, 50%, 100% for sand used. Based physico-mechanical properties, with assessment microstructure, it has been found that up 50% replacement results while increasing compressive strength.
